Concessions Volunteers Needed

Set-up starts at 4:00pm. DOORS open and Food Sales start at 5:00pm. The National Anthem will be played at 6:25. The SHOW will begin at 6:30pm. Intermission will be 7:00-7:30pm. The Awards Ceremony is set for 9:15pm. Clean-up should be completed by 10:30pm. Click the link below to sign up.

Bake Sale Donations

Equipment Needed

Please email if you are able to lend us any of the items listed below. There will be more information available closer to the event date regarding drop off. Please be sure to LABEL your stuff!

  • LARGE coolers (to be used in the hospitality suite)
  • Folding tables
  • Canopy tents
  • Large Spot lights
  • A few wheelchairs

Snack Bucket Raffle Donations

We are collecting snacks for a raffle snack bucket. At Knight of Sound schools that have the most money in their bag will win the snack bucket. Please donate snacks to Jen Logan on Thursdays at Hospitality Knight. All snacks should be individually packaged (chips, cookies, granola bars, candy bars, fruit snacks etc). Program Book

The KOS Program Book is a wonderful keepsake of your student’s year in the Marching Knights. In addition to information about each competing band, it will include the following NPMK features:

  • Section Ads
  • Parent Ads
  • Shout-Outs
  • Senior Baby Pictures
