Concession Stand Volunteers Needed
We are going to need ALL HANDS ON DECK!! Knight of Sound is a huge undertaking for NPMA. We need every family to give some of their time that day to make it a success. Please see the link below to sign up.
Crew Volunteers Needed
Hospitality Suite Donations
For every US Bands competition, we are required to have a hospitality suite to feed the judges, visiting band directors & staff, and the hard-working bus drivers. We need your help! Whip up the recipe you are known for among family and friends–main dish, side, dessert.
We have a reputation for being the best hospitality suite around! We also need drinks, sides and store bought items.
Please see the sign up genius below. We will return your crock pot and serving utensils to you after the show. If you are not able to help out on the day of the show, but still want to support this event, this is a great–and very needed–way to help out!
Because of COVID, we do need some pre-packaged meal options, which is why we have added purchasing Wawa items to the list. Sandwiches don’t have to be from Wawa but donors could use the hoagie coupons which would also raise funds for their Marching Knight’s CHARMS account. It would be an amazing help if a section got together and ordered a number of pizzas, all chipped in and then one person could order/pickup.

Large Coolers Needed for KOS
Do you have a cooler that can be used at Knight of Sound on October 16? Coolers are needed in the Press Box and Hospitality Suite. Please make sure your name is on your cooler so that it can be returned. If you have a cooler that we can borrow, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you! Please deliver your cooler to Door D2 at noon.
Canopies Needed for KOS
Do you have a canopy/pop-up tent that can be used at Knight of Sound on October 16? We need them over the Announcer Table, Spiritwear Table, Candy/Air Gram Table, Snack Basket Raffle Table, Bake Sale Table, and Band Host Table. If you have one that we can borrow, please email email@example.com. Make sure your name is on your canopy so that it can be returned. Please deliver your canopy to the stadium between noon and 4pm.
Candy & Air Grams
Since you probably will be working the event with everyone else, you don’t want to forget to place an Air or Candy gram for your Marching Knight. You can order them ahead of time! Download the Candy Gram order form and place your order in the blue box by October 9.
Bake Sale Fundraiser
There will be a Bake Sale table at Knight of Sound. Please contribute homemade bake sale items to support the Marching Knights. Items need to be individually wrapped, labeled and nut free. Let’s aim for a variety of brownies, cookies, bars, cupcakes, muffins, sweet breads, whoopie pies, etc. Drop off your donations at 4 p.m. at Crawford Stadium on October 16. Snack Basket Donations – ALL SLOTS ARE FILLED. THANK YOU!
Please contribute to the Snack Basket as a fundraiser for the Marching Knights. Spectators put money in a bag designated for their favorite band. The band with the most money in their bag gets to take the snack basket on the bus to enjoy on the trip home. Donation ideas are: chips, crackers, cookies, candy, gummy bears, etc. No nuts and nothing that can melt in the sun. All donations will go into one big laundry basket for the winning band! Please bring snack donations to Hospitality Night either September 30 or October 7 and leave at the Spiritwear Table. Please contact email@example.com with questions. Thank you!
