Volunteer Requirement

Each family is required to volunteer for at least one shift during KOS. More than one family member is welcome to volunteer, and there are also opportunities for older elementary to high school students to get involved.

If more than one family member volunteers during KOS:

  • One volunteer shift will count toward your KOS volunteer requirement.
  • An additional volunteer shift can count toward your family’s 15 volunteer hours.

Families who do not volunteer for KOS will be charged a $50 fee.

KOS Volunteer SignUp – Sign up for one or more slots. See the descriptions below.

KOS Concessions SignUp – Sign up for one or more slots. Note: picking up pizza, etc. does not meet the KOS volunteer requirement. Please sign up for an additional slot.

KOS Knight Crew SignUp – Sign up using the regular crew signup sheet. This will count toward the KOS volunteer requirement.

KOS Donation SignUps

Bake Sale Donations – Donate individually wrapped baked goods for the Bake Sale table.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Ticket Sales: Sell tickets at the stadium’s main entrance.
  • Table Sales, including:
    • Spiritwear: Sell spiritware at a table in the stadium.
    • Bake Sale: Sell baked goods at a table in the stadium.
    • Raffle Tickets: Sell 50/50 tickets at a table in the stadium and roaming the stands.
    • Candy & Air Grams: Sell grams at a table in the stadium.
  • Band Hosts: Serve as a liaison to visiting bands as they arrive, rehearse and walk to the stadium to perform.
  • Ushers: Stand at bleacher entrances to ensure people only enter between performances.
  • Parking & Traffic: Direct trucks and buses to designated parking areas.
  • Hospitality Suite: Staff the Hospitality Suite where judges, bus drivers & band staff go for complimentary food.
  • Concessions: Work at the concession stand.
  • Knight Crew: Help get the NPMK show equipment on and off the field.
