Candy/Air/Squishmallow Gram Pre-Orders

To save time on Saturday, you have the option to pre-order Candy Grams, Air Grams (announcements read over the PA system), and Squishmallow Grams (cute, squishy plush animals). Click the link below to order. All payments should be made via PayPal using the included instructions. Orders and payments are due by Wednesday, October 8th.

Hospitality Suite Donations

We will be feeding lots of judges, band directors/staff, bus drivers, and volunteers in our Hospitality Suite. We rely on donations from our awesome NPMA families to make this a success. Please review the sign up sheet and contribute where you can. We have slots for everyone: cooked food, baked goods, paper products, drinks, and purchased food. All help is greatly appreciated!

Volunteer SignUps

Our Knight of Sound home show is on Saturday, October 11. Every family is required to volunteer at least 4 hours. There are many ways to volunteer. Click the link below to sign up for your spot! NOTE: KOS Chairs do not need to sign up since you are expected to coordinate your area throughout the day.

Parking & Traffic: Direct trucks and buses to designated parking areas.
Hospitality Suite: Staff the Hospitality Suite where judges, bus drivers & band staff go for complimentary food.
Band Hosts: Serve as a liaison to visiting bands as they arrive, rehearse and walk to the stadium to perform.
Bleacher Ushers: Stand at bleacher entrances to ensure people only enter between performances.
50/50 Raffle Sales: Love to yell and hype people up? Roam the stands and sell 50/50 raffle tickets.
Ticket Sales: Sell tickets at the stadium’s main entrance.
Spiritwear Sales: Sell spiritware at a table in the stadium.
Bake Sale: Sell baked goods at a table in the stadium.
Candy Gram/Air Gram/Squishmallow Grams: Sell ‘grams at a table in the stadium.
Concessions: Work at the concession stand.
