KOS Program Cover Contest

We’d like one of our own NPMK students to design the cover for the Knight of Sound digital program! Submit your entry to npmarchingknights@gmail.com  by Sunday, September 28. NPMK members will then vote for the winning design. The NP logo is available at northpennmusic.com/graphics-archive.

Entry requirements:

  • Size: 8.5” x 11” (don’t put anything important within a 1/2” of the margin)
  • File format: pdf, jpg, or png
  • Include the following info:
  • Knight of Sound
  • October 11, 2025
  • North Penn High School, Lansdale, PA

NPMA General Parent Meeting – Sep 15

The next NPMA General Parent Meeting is on Monday, September 15 at 7:30 in room A033 (view map to A033 from main entrance). View the August Meeting Minutes.

Philly Sports Raffle Fundraiser – Due Sep 15

Please return completed ticket stubs and payment by Monday, September 15. Make out a single check to NPMA with Sports Raffle in the memo. Turn in at the Parent Meeting or place in the Blue Box. Contact NPMA.fundraising@gmail.com with questions.

Hospitality Knight – Sep 18

Join us for Hospitality Knight this Thursday, September 18 in the stadium at 8pm! Come early for some ice cream from the Hickory Stick food truck! Truck arrives at 7:30pm and will stay after rehearsal for our NPMKs. 20% of the proceeds benefit NPMK Adopt-a-Knight (formerly Knights in Need). Invite your family, friends, and neighbors!

Band Meals

Dinner before this Friday’s away football game (9/19) will be pizza from Vinny’s Pizza in Hatfield. This will be served with chips and cut veggies.

Knight of Sound SignUps

Our Knight of Sound home show is on Saturday, October 11. Every family is required to volunteer at least 4 hours. NOTE: KOS Chairs do not need to sign up since you are expected to coordinate your area throughout the day.

KOS Volunteer SignUp – Volunteer with Parking, Hospitality Suite, Band Hosts, Bleacher Ushers, or various sales areas.

KOS Concessions SignUp – Volunteer at the Concessions Stand.

NOTE: Additional signups will be forthcoming for Hospitality Suite food donations and Baked Goods donations.

Knight Crew SignUp – Sign up to help with equipment at football games and competitions. Any questions, please contact Greg Hinderliter on the Band App.

View & Share Photos

Throughout the season, you can find photos on our Flickr page at flickr.com/photos/npma/albums.

We encourage you to take photos and upload them to our Flickr account to share with others. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Use this login information. Do NOT change the password!
    • Email: npmapublicity@gmail.com
    • Password: Npma20212022
  • Add your photos to an album so they can be easily found.
  • Should you be the one to create a new album, use this naming convention: “YYYY-MM-DD Name of the event”
  • Please only upload high quality photos and not multiples of the same shot.

Video Recording Policy

We can NOT put videos of our shows on social media. We purchase the rights to use the music in these programs, and posting our show on social media can cause NPMA to incur fines. We can record without sound or record sound without video, but not both. We can live stream, but we cannot record and post to any websites. If NPTV records our show, it is their responsibility if copyright laws are violated. Reminder: NO POSTING OF ANY SHOWS!
