NPMK 2025 Yearbook – Due tonight!

We need your senior baby/childhood pictures and parent ads! Remind your section leader kiddos to get their section pages done! Submissions are due tonight. If you need another day or two, please reach out to npmarchingknights@gmail.com.

Please complete this Google form to indicate the submissions you will be making to the yearbook.

NPMK 2025 Yearbook Submission Form

Here’s a summary of the ways you can contribute to the program book:

Parent Ads (view sample half-page ad)
Create an ad to show your pride in your favorite Marching Knight! Your ad should be submitted via email as a jpg or pdf. Size options: Senior full-page ($5), Senior half-page (FREE), Underclassmen half-page ($10), Underclassmen quarter-page ($5).

Shout-Outs
Shout-outs are short messages that will be printed in the program. You may submit multiple shout-outs. Shout-outs are FREE.

Senior Baby Pictures
Parents of seniors: Please email a baby/toddler/childhood picture of your Marching Knight in jpg or pdf format. There is no cost. We want to make sure ALL of our seniors are included!

Section Pages (view sample section page)
Student section leaders are responsible for creating a full page for their section. If you are a section leader parent, please encourage your child to get this done!

Additional Info

  • Parent Ads and Senior Baby Pictures should be in jpg or pdf format and emailed to npmarchingknights@gmail.com with “Yearbook Ad – Student Name(s)” in the subject line.
  • Payment (if applicable) should be submitted to the Blue Box. Make check payable to NPMA with “Yearbook Ad” in the memo line. All proceeds will benefit Knights in Need.
  • Deadline for submissions and payment is Sunday, November 2.

Football Concessions SignUp – 11/7/25

Candy Donations Needed!

The Mardi Gras Parade is only a few weeks and we need your help to make it sweet! We’ll be handing out candy along the parade route and are asking for donations of individually wrapped candy.

You can send your donations in with your kids to give to Connor or Carter Moore or find me in the parking lot after rehearsals. Thanks for helping us spread the Mardi Gras spirit!

Band Meals

We are providing two meals this week. On Friday 11/7 we have a home football game. We will be serving Pizza from Vinny’s Pizza in Hatfield which will be served with chips, cut veggies and dessert. For dinner on Saturday 11/8, we will be serving penne pasta with a choice of sauces (meat or no meat), Caesar salad and rolls from Giuliano’s Deli.

Date: Friday, December 5, 7-10pm (doors open at 6pm)

Location: St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 428 S Main St, North Wales

Tickets: $30 in advance, $35 at the door (benefits the NPMA general fund)

Order your tickets and spread the word on your socials! It’s time for our annual Designer Bag Bingo! BYO drinks and food, must be 21+, door prizes, 50/50, raffle baskets. 8-10 people per table. Email npma.fundraising@gmail.com to reserve your spot and submit payment via PayPal or deposit a check in the Blue Box.

Each band section is responsible for a raffle basket. Keep an eye out for info from your section leader parent(s).

Volunteer SignUps

Knight Crew SignUp – Sign up to help with equipment at football games and competitions. Any questions, please contact Greg Hinderliter on the Band App.

Chaperones & Nurses SignUp – Sign up to chaperone at football games and competitions. Contact Laura Moore on the Band App for more information.

View & Share Photos

Throughout the season, you can find photos on our Flickr page at flickr.com/photos/npma/albums.

We encourage you to take photos and upload them to our Flickr account to share with others. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Use this login information. Do NOT change the password!
    • Email: npmapublicity@gmail.com
    • Password: Npma20212022
  • Add your photos to an album so they can be easily found.
  • Should you be the one to create a new album, use this naming convention: “YYYY-MM-DD Name of the event”
  • Please only upload high quality photos and not multiples of the same shot.

Video Recording Policy

We can NOT put videos of our shows on social media. We purchase the rights to use the music in these programs, and posting our show on social media can cause NPMA to incur fines. We can record without sound or record sound without video, but not both. We can live stream, but we cannot record and post to any websites. If NPTV records our show, it is their responsibility if copyright laws are violated. Reminder: NO POSTING OF ANY SHOWS!
