How to Register for trip and make payments (updated 10/13/09)
Use links below to make any final payments for Atlanta trip.
Music onsultants are coordinating the trip to Atlanta. The first payment is due by 7/1/09. The total cost is $642 (travel, hotel, meals, admissions, etc.)
Please use the following information to make your child’s reservation for the upcoming band trip.
- Go to www.music-travel.com
- Click on MTC ONLINE TRIP SIGNUP (individuals) [About half way down page in middle]
- Click on NEW USER? CLICK TO SIGN UP
- Fill in all information and click CREATE ACCOUNT
- Enter your username which is your email address
- Enter your password
- Go to REGISTER A TRAVELER and fill in the requested information
- Follow instructions on site to make a payment, see your invoice history etc.
Your trip number is: 0910-8-64
Trip Payment Schedule
- Log into your account as you did before.
- Click on the “make a payment” icon just above the picture
- Follow the instructions. If you have more than 1 traveler you must enter an amount for each traveler even if it is $0.
Credit/Debit Card and Checks payments.
The payment schedule is $170.00 due 7/1/09, 8/1/09, 9/1/09. As 10/13, the final cost is $642, therefore is you've already paid $510, you need to make a final payment of $132 to music-travel now.
